The following terms and conditions shall apply for Workshop &Tour bookings made through and will form the basis of your contract with

Basis of Rates per person:

The rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to limited vehicle space and group size, we don’t accept participants bring their pets/extra luggage. 
While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge such as exchange rate or accommodation price increase, we reserve the right to do so, and notification will be given. 


1: Once deposit paid by PayPal ( 5% charge ) or bank transfer is receive, you accept our terms and conditions and your place is confirmed.
2: Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to departure and only via bank transfer. 
3: For reservations made within 90 days of the departure date, full payment is required when the reservation is accepted.

Fixed dates and Private Workshops & Tours Cancellations & Partial Refunds: 

Due to the nature of our business, if you wish to cancel your booking please do so in writing via email or letter as soon as possible. The date of the email or letter received will be used to determine whether a partial refund will be made, please check below the full detail of the cancellation charges.

Cancellations made 180 days prior to the start date of the trip, your deposit payment can be transferred to another trip or 75% refund.

Cancellations made between 60 – 180 days prior to the start date of the trip, your deposit payment can be transferred to another trip or 50% refund.
Cancellations made between 21 – 60 days prior to the start date of the trip, 70% of your total payment can be transferred to another trip or 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the start date of the trip, 50% of your total payment can be transferred to another trip or 25% refund.

In case of no-show or being late 

Please note in case of no-show, the total price of the workshop(s) will be charged. If you couldn’t make it on schedule due to flight or other delays, you will have to make your own arrangement to meet up on route with our assistant in the logistic arrangements.


Every effort will be made to follow the trip itinerary as planned, but alterations may still occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancels the trip, you will receive a refund of the trip only, after deduction of PayPal or Bank charges, and 10% administration fee. For all refunds where the original payment was not in sterling, it will use the amount in sterling which we received on the transaction date. cannot be held responsible for: the consequences of and expenses incurred because of last minute cancellation, delays, or curtailment/cutting a trip short; that caused by illness, weather, war, terrorism, political events, civil strife, strikes, natural disaster, technical difficulties or any event beyond our control. We will also not be responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the trip including Visa and Passport applications, non-refundable airline tickets, New purchased clothing and other related expenses. Therefore, we strongly recommend the purchase of independent Trip cancellation insurance.

 Medical Issues

You must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made.
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition that may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. Please note our tours are not wheelchair friendly and sadly we cannot accept participants with such disabilities. reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of themselves or other participants. Additionally, should a tour participant require or request medical attention during the trip, such attention will be provided by locally available health care officials and at locally available facilities. In such events, we will not be responsible for health service costs incurred nor in the quality of medical care or medical services rendered.

Other Restrictions

Particpants drones are prohibited on all our workshops unless their use is mentioned on specific trips. However we may sometimes conduct drone photography for promotional purpose with permission of every participant.We do not permit smoking in the vehicles, within the proximity of any of the participants or the instructors or guides, or indoors at any time. Please let us know if you are a smoker.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the workshop without any refund for any, but not limited to any of the following reasons: 1: Insulting behaviour towards trip leaders, other participants or any people we have contact with such as drivers or guides. 2: Any unlawful acts against local culture and/or authorities. 

Liability & Responsibility

By attending one of our workshops, you are voluntarily releasing Juanli Sun,, our independent contractors, or anyone involved  from any liability because the risk of illness or death, loss & damage, physical injury or mental health. By participation you agree to accepting all risks including injury, Illness, Terrorism, Political Events, Civil Strife, Nature Disaster that beyond our control. does not accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness unless this arises from the negligent act and/or omission of our guide and driver whilst conducting the trip.

Baggage Allowances

Participants may bring ONE suitcase ( 28 INCHES max – Longest length up to 80cm but less would be preferred) , one camera bag. We reserve the right to insist on a repacking if space is not available for the excess bags.


The minimum age for a participant is 16 years; a parent or guardian must accompany all individuals under the age of 18 at all times.


Participants are not allowed to organize, host, promote or sell photo trips, tours or workshops to locations they visited with us within 3 years of joining a trip. In case of violation, a penalty of £7000 is applicable.

Complaints & Dispute

If you should have any complaint about our workshops or tours, it must be made within 14 days of the end of the workshop, and in the unlikely event of any sort of dispute arising, litigation shall follow the jurisdiction located in England.
