1: Complete a private workshop registration form, we will discuss with you about cost, dates and how we conduct the workshop suitable to your learning expectations.
2: We will send you a deposit request invoice once all the details are agreed. Deposit amounts are as follows.
GBP£800 | USD $1100 per workshop / Based in Isle of Skye
GBP £1100 | USD 1500 per workshop / Based elsewhere
3: Once the deposit is paid by PayPal ( +5% charge ) or bank transfer is receive, your workshop booking is confirmed.
Your reservation may be cancelled if deposit has not been made within 7 days from the day we send the deposit invoice.
4: Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure and only via bank transfer.
Your reservation may be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 60 days prior to departure, therefore your deposit payment is non-refundable.
5: If you book your private workshop less than 60 days prior to your start date, you need to make full payment after we finalised our workshop dates and detail.
Cancellations and Refunds of Tuition Fees
We understand sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to change/cancel your private workshop. These situations are regrettable and we try as best we can to balance your cancellation and your financial loss with our limited available time. If you cancel at short notice, that time becomes unavailable to us.
Cancellations 120 days or more days prior to the start of the tour, your deposit can be transferred to another workshop.
Cancellations between 120 or 60 days prior to the start of the tour, you forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before the start date you forfeit your deposit, and will receive a 75% refund on your remaining balance payment* (assuming final payment has been made)
Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date you forfeit your deposit, and will receive a 50% refund on your remaining balance payment*. (assuming final payment has been made)
In the event of Available Light Images cancelling the trip, you will receive a full refund after deduction of Pay Pal or Bank charges.
Liability & Responsibility, Medical Issues
You must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made.
You must advise us in writing, at, or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition that may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. Available Light Images Ltd reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment for them or other participants. Additionally, should a tour participant require or request medical attention during the trip, such attention will be provided by locally available health care officials and at locally available facilities. In such events, Available Light Images Ltd will not be responsible for health service costs incurred nor in the quality of medical care or medical services rendered.
You should also be insured against loss of or damage to baggage and personal possessions including all your camera equipment.
Please note, our tours are not wheelchair friendly and sadly we cannot accept participants with such restrictions.
We do not permit smoking in the vehicles, within the proximity of any of the participants or the instructors or guides, or indoors at any time. Please let us know if you are a smoker.
None of the guides or Instructors smoke.
